摘要
目的分析脱水剂中添加伊红在肾活检病理组织标本预染色中的应用效果。方法在不同浓度梯度的乙醇中加入浓度为0.2~0.6 g/L的伊红试剂,脱水后观察并比较病理组织标本的染色情况。结果脱水剂中加入4%或6%的伊红试剂进行1 h预染色,肾活检病理组织标本显示的颜色为鲜红色或艳红色,利于观察与诊断;包埋用的白色石蜡下细胞呈透明色,清水中染色呈大片红色。结论脱水剂中添加4%或6%的伊红试剂染色1 h,可使肾活检病理组织标本呈现鲜红色或艳红色,有利于后续包埋与切片观察。
Objective The application effect of adding eosin to dehydrating agents in pre-staining of renal biopsy pathological tissue samples was analyzed.Methods Add eosin reagent with a concentration of 0.2-0.6 g/L to ethanol at different concentration gradients,observe and compare the staining of pathological tissue samples after dehydration.Results After adding 4%or 6%eosin reagent to the dehydrating agent and performing 1-hour pre-staining,the pathological tissue sample of kidney biopsy showed a bright red color,which is conducive to observation and diagnosis;The white paraffin used for embedding showed a transparent color under the cells,and the staining in clean water showed a large red color.Conclusion Adding 4%or 6%eosin reagent to the dehydrating agent for staining for 1 hour can make the pathological tissue sample of kidney biopsy appear bright red,which is beneficial for subsequent embedding and section observation.
