摘要
为提高无线电能传输系统的输出功率等级,采用多逆变器并联的无线电能传输系统。本文利用移相脉宽调制方法对逆变器进行控制,详细推导了系统输出电压和电流表达式,得到系统在消除指定3次谐波下移相角与脉宽的解,通过改变移相角与脉宽便能实现感应耦合电能传输(IPT)系统输出功率的连续调节。最后,构建了一个无线电能传输实验系统,其输出功率最大为450 W,传输效率可到75.56%,初级线圈电流的3次谐波被完全消除,同时系统的输出功率能够实现连续调节,验证了理论分析的正确性。
In order to improve the output power level of wireless power transmission system,wireless power transmission system with multiple inverters in parallel is adopted.In this paper,the inverter is controlled by the phase-shift pulse width modulation method,and the expression of the output voltage and current of the system are derived in detail,and the solutions for the phase-shift angle and pulse width of the system are obtained while eliminating the specified third harmonic.By changing the phase-shift angle and pulse width,continuous adjustment of the output power of the inductive power transfer(IPT)system can be achieved.The performance of the proposed method is evaluated by the experimenta⁃tion with 450 W maximum output power and 75.56%transmission efficiency,the output power of the IPT system could be regulated continually without the third harmonic.At the same time,the output power of the system can be continu⁃ously adjusted,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
