面向新能源消纳的输配电网经济调度优化模型 被引量:2

Economic Dispatching Optimization Model of Transmission and Distribution Grid Oriented Towards New Energy Consumption

摘要 针对含有风电、太阳能、柴油、燃气等能源和储能系统的输配电网经济调度问题,提出了一种考虑新能源消纳的电网优化模型。集合特定区域的风电、太阳能资源和局部负荷数据,建立以各类成本和可再生能源吸收率为目标函数的输配电网经济优化调度模型。为了提高输配电网经济优化调度模型的收敛性能,采用了一种改进的粒子群优化算法,在其约束条件限制下,求解输配电系统的容量优化与调度。结果表明,改进后的粒子群优化算法可提高目标函数的收敛速度,即快速调度问题,在保证系统经济性的同时促进新能源的整合。 A power grid optimization model considering the consumption of new energy was proposed for the economic dispatch problem of transmission and distribution networks(TDN)containing energy sources such as wind power,solar energy,diesel,gas,and energy storage systems.An economic optimization scheduling model was established for TDN by collecting wind and solar energy resources and local load data from specific regions,with various costs and renewable energy absorption rates as objective functions.In order to improve the convergence performance of the economic optimization scheduling model for TDN,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was adopted to solve the capacity optimization and scheduling of the transmission and distribution system under its constraint conditions.The results indicate that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm can improve the convergence speed of the objective function,which is a fast-scheduling problem that can promote the integration of new energy while ensuring system economy.
