论教师的正义感

On Teachers'Sense of Justice

摘要 作为一种道德情感,教师正义感具有复杂性、调和性、长期性及实践性等特点,彰显教育本质的要求和教育实践的规定。但在教育生活中,教师正义感并没有受到应有的重视,其原因就在于人们对教师正义感存在认识误区,同时在实践过程中存在困顿。基于教师正义感的本质规定,人们无疑应深化教师正义感的整体认识、建构教师正义感的培育体系、强化教师正义感的具体实践。 As a moral emotion,the complexity,reconciliatory nature,long-term nature,a and practicality of teachers'sense of justice highlight the essential requirements of education and the stipulations of educational practice.However,in educational life,teachers'sense of justice has not been fully recognized and implemented due to misunderstandings and practical difficulties regarding teachers'sense of justice.Based on the essential stipulations of teachers'sense of justice,there is no doubt that people should deepen the overall understanding of teachers'sense of justice,develop a cultivation system for teachers'sense of justice,and strengthen the specific practices of teachers'sense of justice.
