摘要
炼化产业是国民经济支柱产业,也是碳排放重点领域之一,“双碳”目标势必会对我国炼化产业发展产生深远影响。深入研究和分析国外炼化产业低碳发展趋势、我国炼化产业发展现状和实现“双碳”目标面临的挑战,作出对我国炼化产业发展趋势的判断:炼化产品单位能耗和碳排放将持续下降,节能减排新技术将不断推出,低碳资源和能源使用量将逐步增加,数字化和智能化技术将进一步推动节能减碳,下一步应积极探索发展和利用低碳能源,推动碳捕集、利用与封存技术的开发和利用,并重视废弃合成材料的回收利用等。
The refining and chemical industry is the pillar of the national economy and one of the key areas of carbon emission.The"dual-carbon"goal is bound to bring a profound influence on the development of China's refining and chemical industry.On the basis of in-depth study and analysis of low-carbon development trend of foreign refining and chemical industry,the development status and challenges of China's refining and chemical industry under the dual carbon goals,this paper concluded that unit energy consumption and carbon emissions of refining and chemical products will continue to decline;new technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction are constantly being introduced;the use of low-carbon resources and energy is gradually increasing;digitization and intelligent technology will further promote energy conservation and carbon reduction;The next step is to actively explore the development and utilization of low-carbon energy,actively promote the CCUS technology;and attach importance to the recycling of waste synthetic materials.
