摘要
目的探讨安宫牛黄丸对复杂性热性惊厥脑损伤患儿电生理指标及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、中枢神经特异性蛋白(S100β)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平的影响。方法收集2023年6月至2024年6月湖南省第二人民医院儿科住院部就诊的复杂性热性惊厥患儿30例,其中男16例,女14例,年龄6个月~6岁。通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。两组患儿均给予复杂性热性惊厥的常规处理,观察组在此基础上给予安宫牛黄丸口服。比较治疗前后脑电图变化、P300波幅和潜伏期,及血清NSE、S100β、HMGB1水平。结果观察组脑电图好转率高于对照组(91.7%比61.5%,χ^(2)=5.768,P=0.023)。治疗后,两组患儿P300波幅均升高,潜伏期均下降(P<0.05),且观察组波幅高于对照组,潜伏期低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清NSE、S100β、HMGB1水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组血清NSE、S100β、HMGB1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。安宫牛黄丸治疗期间无一例患儿出现药物相关不良反应。结论安宫牛黄丸能够改善复杂性热性惊厥脑损伤患儿电生理指标,降低血清NSE、S100β、HMGB1水平,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effects of Angong Niuhuang Pills(ANP)on electrophysiological indexes and serum levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),S100βand high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)in children with complex febrile convulsive brain injury.Methods A total of 30 children with complex febrile convulsion(16 males and 14 females,aged 6 months to 6 years)from the Department of Pediatrics of the Second People's Hospital of Hunan Province from June 2023 to June 2024,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 15 cases in each group.The children in both groups were given routine treatment for complex febrile convulsion,and children in the observation group were given ANP orally on this basis.EEG changes,P300 amplitude and latency,serum levels of NSE,S100βand HMGB1 were compared before and after treatment.Results The improvement rate of EEG in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(91.7%vs.61.5%,χ^(2)=5.768,P=0.023).After treatment,the amplitude of P300 increased and the latency decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the amplitude of P300 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the latency was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of NSE,S100βand HMGB1 in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and serum levels of NSE,S100βand HMGB1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse drug reactions occurred during the treatment with ANP.Conclusion Angong Niuhuang Pills can improve the electrophysiological indexes of children with complex febrilic convulsion brain injury,reduce the levels of serum NSE,S100β,HMGB1,and has high safety.
