摘要
在全球经济绿色转型的浪潮中,新能源汽车产业以其环保优势和技术创新潜力,成为了各国竞相发展的战略性新兴产业。从新质生产力视角出发,以2010-2022年新能源汽车企业数据为样本,实证检验新质生产力对赋能新能源汽车企业高质量发展的影响。研究发现新质生产力能显著提高新能源汽车企业全要素生产率,赋能企业高质量发展,在稳健性检验中,上述结论依旧成立。进一步研究发现,组织韧性在新质生产力影响新能源汽车企业高质量发展的过程中具有中介作用,政府调控对新质生产力赋能新能源汽车企业高质量发展发挥调节作用;在不同地区、不同产权的企业新质生产力对企业高质量发展的影响存在异质性,对于东部地区及国有企业而言,新质生产力的促进作用更为显著。
in the wave of green transformation of the global economy,the new energy vehicle industry has become a strate⁃gic emerging industry that countries are competing to develop due to its environmental advantages and technological innovation potential.From the perspective of new quality productivity,this study empirically examines the impact of new quality productiv⁃ity on empowering the high-quality development of new energy vehicle enterprises,using the data of new energy vehicle enter⁃prises from 2010 to 2022 as a sample.It is found that the new quality productivity can significantly increase the total factor pro⁃ductivity of new energy vehicle enterprises and empower the high-quality development of the enterprises,and the above conclu⁃sion still holds in the robustness test.Further research finds that organizational resilience has a mediating role in the process of new quality productivity affecting the high quality development of new energy vehicle enterprises,and government regulation plays a moderating role in enabling the high-quality development of new energy vehicle enterprises;the impact of new quality productivity on the high-quality development of enterprises is heterogeneous among enterprises with different ownerships in differ⁃ent regions,and the promotion effect is more significant in the eastern region and in the case of state-owned enterprises.
