摘要
以3-甲基-2-硝基苯甲酸为原料,经酯化、还原、氯化、氨解制得关键中间体2-氨基-5-氯-N,3-二甲基苯甲酰胺。中间体与3-溴-1-(3-氯-2-吡啶基)-1H-吡唑-5-甲酸发生酰胺化反应制得标题化合物,总收率55.0%。其结构经1HNMR和MS确证。
3-Methyl-2-nitrobenzoic acid was used as the starting material to undergo a series of reactions including esterification,reduction,chlorination and aminolysis to give the key intermediate 2-amino-5-chloro-N,3-dimethylbenzamide.The intermediate was amidated with 3-bromo-1-(3-chloro-2-pyridinyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid to provide the target product in an overall yield of 55.0%.The product structure was confirmed by 1HNMR and MS.
