摘要
[目的]发现结构新颖、环境友好的新型高效杀虫剂。[方法]以溴虫氟苯双酰胺为先导化合物,在其酰胺部分引入烯基单元,设计合成了20个新型含烯基双酰胺类化合物。[结果]目标化合物结构均经^(1)H NMR、HRMS确证。大部分化合物对小菜蛾表现出了优异的杀虫活性,尤其是化合物1o、1r、1t在0.1 mg/L质量浓度下对小菜蛾的杀虫活性优于先导化合物。此外,化合物1r在100 mg/L质量浓度下对黏虫、朱砂叶螨及苜蓿蚜的致死率大于85%。[结论]化合物1r对鳞翅目、同翅目等类害虫的杀虫活性较好,具有广谱性,有望开发为新型杀虫剂,为农业害虫防治提供新的解决方案。
[Aims]This study aims to discover novel,structurally distinct,environment-friendly and highly efficient insecticides.[Methods]Using broflanilide as the lead compound,an alkenyl substitute unit was introduced into its amide moiety.Twenty novel bisamide compounds containing alkenyl substitutes were then designed and synthesized.[Results]The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by ^(1)H NMR and HRMS.Most of the compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella.In particular,compounds 1o,1r and 1t showed superior insecticidal activity against P.xylostella at a concentration of o.1 mg/L compared with the lead compound.In addition,at a mass concentration of 1o0 mg/L,the mortality rates of compound 1r against Mythimna separata,Tetranychus cinnabarinus and Aphis medicaginis were more than 85%.[Conclusions]Compound lr exhibits excellent insecticidal activity against pest orders including Lepidoptera and Homoptera,demonstrating broadspectrum characteristics.It shows promising potential for development into a novel insecticide,providing a new solution for agricultural pest control.
