摘要
目的分析不同时期痛风性关节炎患者的双源CT参数特征及红细胞沉降率水平。方法选取2021年2月至2024年9月我院收治的150例痛风性关节炎患者,根据病程分为急性期组、间歇期组和慢性期组。比较三组的双源CT特征征象和参数特征,以及红细胞沉降率水平。结果三组的尿酸盐沉积、关节间隙狭窄、关节面破坏、关节周围软组织肿胀占比对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性期组的关节腔积液体积高于间歇期组与慢性期组,慢性期组的沉积体积、平均CT值均高于急性期组与间歇期组(P<0.05)。急性期组的红细胞沉降率水平高于间歇期组与慢性期组(P<0.05)。结论不同时期痛风性关节炎患者的双源CT参数特征与红细胞沉降率水平存在一定的差异性,临床可依据双源CT参数特征与红细胞沉降率水平对病情进行判定。
Objective To analyze the dual-source CT parameter characteristics and the level of erythrocyte sedimentation rate in pa tients with gouty arthritis at different stages.Methods 150 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to September 2024 were selected and divided into the acute stage group,the intermittent stage group,and the chronic stage group according to the course of the disease.The dual-source CT features and parameter characteristics,as well as the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate were compared among the three groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in the proportions of urate deposition,joint space narrowing,joint surface destruction,and soft tissue swelling around the joints among the three groups(P<0.05).The joint cavity vol ume in the acute stage group was higher than that in the intermittent stage group and the chronic stage group,and the sedimentation volume and average CT value in the chronic stage group were higher than those in the acute stage group and the intermitent stage group(P<0.05).The erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the acute stage group was higher than that in the intermittent stage group and the chronic stage group(P<0.05).Conclusions There are certain differences in the dual-source CT parameter characteristics and level of erythrocyte sedimentation rate among patients with gouty arthritis at different stages.Clinically,the condition can be judged based on the dual-source CT parameter charac teristics and level oferythrocyte sedimentationrate.
