摘要
根据高质量教育体系建设要求以及中小学生心理健康问题系统治理的现实紧迫性,文章探讨了高质量发展视野下中小学生心理健康问题系统治理的路径:在纵向上,推动心理健康教育的学段衔接,全程护航学生积极发展;在横向上,推动学生心理健康工作的“家校社医”协同,全方位预防学生心理健康问题;在技术创新上,推动线上线下学生心理健康工作的联动,全时空防范学生心理危机;在保障机制上,加大专业人才队伍建设与经费投入,促进学生心理健康工作的可持续发展。
In light of building a high-quality educational system and the pressing need for comprehensive governance of students’mental health problems,this paper explores the paths of systematic governance for addressing mental health problems among primary and secondary school students.Vertically,it advocates the connection of mental health education in students’different stages and protects their continuous developmental support.Horizontally,it calls for collaborative governance involving families,schools,communities,and healthcare institutions in the mental health work for students,thus preventing their mental health problems from all aspects.Technologically,it emphasizes the integration of online and offline mental health services to provide all-time support for students and prevent their psychological crisis where possible.In terms of the guarantee mechanism,it stresses the importance of professional talent development and increased funding to ensure the sustainable development of students’mental health initiatives.
