摘要
长期以来,在桥梁工程中,预制梁板采用双导梁联合式架桥机架梁时宜先架设边梁。预制梁板特别是大跨径T梁边梁就位后,处于孤立状态,梁体外侧无足够支撑空间,再加上其横向重心不居中等因素,T梁边梁就位后存在可能倾覆的重大安全隐患,其临时支撑措施一直没有得到妥善解决。技术人员在施工项目研究出一套特制刚性支撑及配套的辅助装置,方便在T梁边梁外侧对其进行可靠支撑,配以边梁内侧支撑,在次边梁就位前有效消除了T梁边梁倾覆的安全隐患。
For a long time,in bridge engineering,the edge beam should be erected first when the prefabricated beam slab adopts the double guide beam combined bridge frame beam.After the precast beam slab,especially the large span T-beam side beam is in place,it is in an isolated state,there is not enough support space outside the beam body,plus its lateral center of gravity is not centered and other factors,the T-beam side beam may overturn after it is in place,and its temporary support measures have not been properly addressed.The construction project has developed a set of special rigid support and supporting auxiliary devices,which are convenient for reliable support on the outside of the T-beam side beam.With the support on the inside of the side beam,the potential safety hazard of T-beam side beam overturning is effectively eliminated before the secondary side beam is in place.
