高速公路AC-25 C沥青混合料生产配合比优化设计

摘要 热拌沥青混合料路面作为一种路面结构形式,在高等级公路建设中被广泛应用。沥青混合料配合比作为沥青混合料生产的依据,设计配合比的各项指标虽符合要求,但施工验证发现质量保证率低。为提高施工质量,保证运营寿命及经济效益,依托云阳至开州高速公路试验段,通过室内试验、拌合楼流量分析及第二次试验段试铺解决了AC-25C沥青混合料生产期间拌合楼溢料较多,现场芯样级配偏粗,空隙率偏大,芯样存在孔洞等问题,为沥青路面下面层大面积施工提供了指导参数,保证了后续施工质量。 As a kind of pavement structure,hot mix asphalt pavement is widely used in the construction of high grade highway.As the basis of asphalt mixture production,the design index of asphalt mix ratio meets the requirements,but the construction verification found that the quality assurance rate is low.In order to improve construction quality,ensure operation life and economic benefits,based on the Yunyang to Kaizhou Expressway test section,through the laboratory test,flow analysis of the mixing floor and the second test section,the problems such as excessive overflow of the mixing floor during the production of AC-25C asphalt mixture,coarse on-site core sample distribution,large voidage and core sample holes were solved.It provides guiding parameters for the large-scale construction of asphalt pavement and guarantees the quality of construction.
