摘要
研究利用CiteSpace分析工具,对我国公共图书馆服务效能的文献进行了知识图谱的可视化分析,涵盖文献的发表时间、研究组织、作者、关键词频率、共现关系、聚类分析、突现词、时区划分和时间线等方面。据此总结研究内容和方法、视角和模型,旨在揭示我国公共图书馆服务效能研究的现状、热点和发展趋势,并提出建议。新时代公共图书馆服务效能研究可从以下方面展开:构建和完善公共图书馆服务效能研究的规范化体系,加强公共图书馆服务效能提升的理论与实践研究,强化数智化驱动的公共图书馆服务效能研究等。
This study utilizes the CiteSpace analysis tool to conduct a visual analysis of the knowledge graph of literature on public library service efficiency in China.It covers various aspects,including publication time,research organizations,authors,keyword frequency,co-occurrence relationships,cluster analysis,prominent terms,time zone division,and timeline.Based on these analyses,the study summarizes the research content,methods,perspectives,and models,aiming to reveal the current status,hotspots,and development trends of public library service efficiency research in China,and proposes recommendations.Research on public library service efficiency in the new era can be expanded in the following areas:establishing and improving a standardized system for public library service efficiency research,strengthening theoretical and practical studies on enhancing public library service efficiency,and reinforcing digital-intelligence-driven research on public library service efficiency.
