摘要
电动汽车电驱系统主动加热功能在开发过程中,需要通过大量实验获得加热能力与其影响因素(扭矩、转速、电流、电机角度)之间的关系,故进行功能设计,开发成本较高,开发周期较长。因此,文章针对电驱系统主动加热功能进行了机理分析,根据功能机理建立了电驱系统主动加热模型,并通过实验验证了模型的准确性。该模型可用于电驱系统主动加热功能仿真,通过仿真可获得加热功率与其影响因素之间的关系数据,代替主动加热功能设计开发所需的部分实验,减少开发周期与成本,为功能开发奠定基础。
During the development of the active heating function of the electric drive system of electric vehicles,a large number of experiments are needed to obtain the relationship between the heating capacity and its influencing factors(torque,rotational speed,current,motor angle).Therefore,the functional design is carried out,and the development cost is relatively high with a long development cycle.Therefore,this article conducts a mechanism analysis on the active heating function of the electric drive system,establishes an active heating model of the electric drive system based on the functional mechanism,and verifies the accuracy of the model through experiments.This model can be used for the simulation of the active heating function of the electric drive system.Through the simulation,the relationship data between the heating power and its influencing factors can be obtained,replacing some of the experiments required for the design and development of the active heating function,reducing the development cycle and cost,and laying the foundation for the function development.
