摘要 大学生思想政治素质常模是通过数学模型测算大学生群体思想政治素质所得到的均值、标准差等综合数据。该常模的建立既是精准评估大学生思想政治素质发展水平的科学基准,也为思想政治教育量化评价提供关键支撑。构建大学生思想政治素质常模要把握三个方面:一要恪守常模构建的科学性、系统性、发展性原则;二要明晰思想政治素质概念界定与内涵要素,以科学方法确保常模建构的效度;三要厘清常模数据来源、评价解读及作用发挥等问题。 The ideological and political quality norm for college students refers to the overall average value,standard deviation,and other data obtained through mathematical models measuring the ideological and political quality of university students that serves as the foundation for precise evaluation of college students'ideological and political development and provides crucial support for the quantitative assessment of ideological and political education.To establish this norm,three key aspects are essential.Firstly,adherence to principles of scientific rigor,systematic approach,and developmental orientation;secondly,clear the conceptual definition and connotation of ideological and political quality,and ensuring validity in norm construction with scientific methods;thirdly,clarification of data sources,evaluation interpretation,and functional implementation of the norm.By addressing these elements,the ideological and political quality norm for college students can significantly contribute to the enhancement of evaluation practices.
