摘要
熟地黄为常用的补益药,其药用价值早在《神农本草经》中便有所记载,并被列为上品。经过现代药理学的深入研究,发现熟地黄的多种活性成分具备抗氧化、抗炎、诱导血管新生等多重功效,并且能够通过多个靶点与通路有效抑制血管性痴呆的病理进展,展现出对该类疾病的治疗潜力。通过整理熟地黄防治血管性痴呆的研究进展,对其作用机制与应用进行综述,以期为熟地黄在今后血管性痴呆中的应用和研究提供参考。
Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata is a commonly used tonic herb,and its medicinal value is recorded as early as in Shennong Ben Cao Jing,where it is categorized as a top quality product.After in-depth research in modern pharmacology,it has been found that the active ingredients of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata have multiple effects,such as anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory,and inducing neovascularization,and can effectively inhibit the pathological progression of vascular dementia through multiple targets and pathways,which demonstrates the therapeutic potential of this type of disease.To organize the research progress on the prevention and treatment of vascular dementia,and review its mechanism of action and application,with a view to providing a reference for the future application and research on the use of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata in vascular dementia.
