复合微生物菌剂对作物黄萎病生防效果的研究

摘要 本团队研发了一种新型复合微生物菌剂“中棉菌乐土”,为明确其对棉花、番茄、辣椒、西瓜等多种作物黄萎病的生防效果,采用随水滴灌的方式进行大田试验。结果表明:微生物菌剂能显著降低棉花黄萎病的发生,防治效果为62.43%~72.52%,棉花增产11.61%~15.80%,同时,提高纤维长度、断裂比强度,改善马克隆值,纤维品质明显提升。此外,微生物菌剂对番茄、辣椒、西瓜等多种作物黄萎病也有防控作用,防治效果分别为64.41%、63.16%、61.62%,增产幅度分别为13.83%、12.00%、12.73%。综上,该微生物菌剂对多种作物黄萎病均有良好生防效果,具有广谱作用,可用于大田作物黄萎病防控。 Our team has developed a novel type of composite microbial agent known as“Zhongmian Junletu”.In order to elucidate its biocontrol effect on various crops such as cotton,tomato,chili pepper,watermelon,etc.,field experiments were conducted using drip irrigation with water.The results showed that composite microbial agent was able to notably diminish the incidence of cotton Verticillium wilt,with a control efficacy of 62.43%to 72.52%,and an increase in cotton yield of 11.61%to 15.80%.Furthermore,this composite microbial agent can increase fiber length,fiber strength,improve micronaire value,and significantly improve fiber quality.In addition,composite microbial agent has a preventive and control effect on various crops such as tomato,chili pepper,and watermelon,showcasing prevention and control efficacies of 64.41%,63.16%and 61.62%,respectively,and an increase in yield of 13.83%,12.00%,and 12.73%,respectively.In summary,this composite microbial agent emerges as a formidable weapon against various crop Verticillium wilt diseases,characterized by its broad-spectrum effectiveness,making it a promising candidate for the prevention and management of Verticillium wilt disease in field crops.
