近十年甘肃省小麦白粉菌群体的毒性监测和年度动态变化 被引量:2

Virulence monitoring and annual dynamics of Blumeria graminis f.sp.tritici in Gansu province over the past decade

摘要 为了解甘肃省小麦白粉菌群体在2010年-2023年间的毒性变化动态,本研究对甘肃省病原菌群体进行了10年的毒性监测,结果显示,供试菌株对Pm1c、Pm1e、Pm5e、Pm12、Pm13、Pm16、Pm21、Pm34、Pm35、Pm36、Pm46、Pm2+MLD以及PmXBD等抗白粉病基因或基因组合的平均毒性频率普遍低于30%,表明上述基因或基因组合仍是当前可以在甘肃省小麦品种上有效利用的抗病基因或基因组合;对Pm1a、Pm3c、Pm3e、Pm3f、Pm4a、Pm4b、Pm5a、Pm6、Pm7、Pm8、Pm19、Pm30、Pm4+Pm8和Pm4b+Pm5b等抗白粉病基因或基因组合的平均毒性频率均超过70%,表明这些基因或基因组合在甘肃省已失去抗病作用,不建议在甘肃省内小麦抗病育种和生产上继续使用。此外,病菌群体对Pm2、Pm3a、Pm3b、Pm3d、Pm4c、Pm5b、Pm17、Pm24、Pm25、Pm43、Pm2+Pm6和Pm5+Pm6等抗白粉病基因或基因组合的平均毒性频率介于30%至70%之间。近10年病菌群体对抗病基因Pm12和Pm21毒性频率均为0,对Pm1c和Pm16平均毒性频率分别为1.96%和2.41%,说明这4个基因是甘肃省目前最为有效的抗病基因,建议加强在抗病育种和生产上对这些基因的应用。 In order to understand the annual dynamic changes in the virulence of Blumeria graminis f.sp.tritici population in Gansu province from 2010 to 2023,the virulence was monitored over the past decade.The results showed that the virulence frequencies of pathogen population to resistance genes(gene combinations)Pm1c,Pm1e,Pm5e,Pm12,Pm13,Pm16,Pm21,Pm34,Pm35,Pm36,Pm46,Pm2+MLD and PmXBD were all below 30%,indicating that these resistance genes were effective in Gansu province.The virulence frequencies to resistance genes(gene combinations)Pm1a,Pm3c,Pm3e,Pm3f,Pm4a,Pm4b,Pm5a,Pm6,Pm7,Pm8,Pm19,Pm30,Pm4+Pm8 and Pm4b+Pm5b were all above 70%,indicating these resistance genes were ineffective and could not be recommended for use in breeding and production.The virulence frequencies of the pathogen population to resistance genes(gene combinations)Pm2,Pm3a,Pm3b,Pm3d,Pm4c,Pm5b,Pm17,Pm24,Pm25,Pm43,Pm2+Pm6 and Pm5+Pm6 were between 30%and 70%.The virulence frequencies to resistance genes Pm12 and Pm21 were both 0 in ten years,and to Pm1c and Pm16 were 1.96%and 2.41%,respectively,indicating Pm12,Pm21,Pm1c and Pm16 are the most effective resistance genes to wheat powdery mildew up to now in Gansu province.Thus,it is suggested to strengthen the application of these four genes in breeding and production in Gansu province.
