摘要
水稻作为全球重要的粮食作物,其病害管理对保障粮食安全具有重要意义。研究旨在综述酵母单杂交和亚细胞定位技术在水稻抗病基因启动子互作蛋白筛选中的应用进展,并探讨这些技术在提高水稻抗病性方面的应用潜力。通过分析这些技术的应用案例,为未来的研究方向提供指导,并为水稻抗病育种提供新的策略和方法。结果表明,酵母单杂交技术,在鉴定特定DNA序列的特异性结合蛋白质方面,具有高灵敏度和操作简单的特点,而亚细胞定位技术则为理解蛋白质功能及其在信号传导途径中的作用提供了重要视角。
As an important global food crop,disease management of rice is of great significance for ensuring food security.The research aims to review the application progress of yeast one hybrid and subcellular localization techniques in screening promoter interacting proteins of rice disease resistance genes,and explore the potential of these techniques in improving rice disease resistance.By analyzing the application cases of these technologies,guidance will be provided for future research directions,and new strategies and methods will be provided for rice disease resistance breeding.The results indicate that yeast one hybrid technology has high sensitivity and simple operation in identifying specific binding proteins of specific DNA sequences,while subcellular localization technology provides an important perspective for understanding protein function and its role in signal transduction pathways.
