摘要
脑缺血是一类由于脑血流突然中断导致脑细胞死亡和神经功能受损的脑血管疾病,严重威胁患者的生命健康和安全。研究发现,血管稳态调节在防治脑缺血损伤的过程中发挥重要作用,通过调节血管内皮细胞与平滑肌细胞、细胞外基质成分与神经元、胶质细胞之间的动态平衡,恢复缺血部位脑组织的功能,减轻脑缺血损伤的程度。因此,维持血管稳态是机体生命活动的重要基础,也是防治脑缺血发生发展的关键。益气活血类方药可以从保护血管内皮,抑制平滑肌细胞增殖、抗炎、抗氧化、促进血管新生,改善脂质代谢等不同途径调节血管稳态,从而发挥抗脑缺血损伤的作用。此外,中药及其复方制剂具有多途径、多组分、多靶点等优势,对脑缺血后血管稳态的调节具有较好的效果。
Cerebral ischemia is a cerebrovascular disease characterized by the sudden interruption of cerebral blood flow,leading to neuronal death and impaired neurological function,posing a severe threat to patients′ health and safety.Research has shown that vascular homeostasis plays a crucial role in the prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemic injury.By regulating the dynamic balance between vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells,extracellular matrix components and neurons,as well as glial cells,vascular homeostasis helps restore the function of ischemic brain tissue and mitigate the extent of cerebral ischemic injury.Therefore,maintaining vascular homeostasis is fundamental to life activities and is key to preventing and treating cerebral ischemia.Qi-tonifying and blood-activating herbal formulas exert protective effects against cerebral ischemic injury by regulating vascular homeostasis through multiple pathways,including protecting vascular endothelium,inhibiting smooth muscle cell proliferation,exerting anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects,promoting angiogenesis,and improving lipid metabolism.Moreover,Chinese medicine and its compound formulations,with their multi-pathway,multi-component,and multi-target advantages,have demonstrated significant efficacy in regulating vascular homeostasis after cerebral ischemia.
