鹅肺炎克雷伯菌感染模型的建立与治疗方案筛选

Establishment of a Model of Klebsiella pneumoniae Infection in Goose and Screening of Treatment Regimens

摘要 为了筛选鹅源肺炎克雷伯菌感染的敏感药物并制定高效防治方案,通过梯度浓度菌液对小鼠进行攻菌实验,以80%发病率确定攻菌浓度,建立肺炎克雷伯菌小鼠人工感染模型。采用浓度梯度法和NCCLS判定标准进行抗生素和抗感染中药提取物的药敏实验筛选敏感药,通过人工感染模型动物治疗实验优化建立最佳治疗方案。结果表明80%发病率的菌液浓度为4.05×10^(11)CFU/mL,剂量为0.3 mL。药敏实验结果显示该菌对粘杆菌素、肉桂油酊具有高度敏感性,治疗实验结果显示,粘杆菌素和肉桂油酊结合治疗方案效果最佳,治愈率为85%,有效率达95%。近年来,鹅源肺炎克雷伯感染引起鹅肺炎为主的疾病发病率、致死率越来越高,防治困难。本研究筛选敏感药物并优化建立的治疗方案为高效控制规模鹅场肺炎克雷伯菌病提供了重要参考。 In order to screen sensitive drugs for Klebsiella pneumoniae infection from goose and formulate efficient prevention and treatment plans,mice were tested for bacterial attack through gradient concentration bacterial fluid,and the bacterial attack concentration was determined with an incidence rate of 80%,and an artificial infection model for Klebsiella pneumoniae mice was established.The sensitivity test of antibiotics and anti-infective Chinese medicine extracts was used to screen sensitive drugs by using concentration gradient method and NCCLS determination standards,and the best treatment plan was established through the artificial infection model animal treatment trial.The results showed that the concentration of bacterial fluid at 80%incidence was 4.05×10^(11) CFU/mL and the dose was 0.3 mL.The results of the drug sensitivity test show that the bacteria is highly sensitive to coccitin and cinnamon oil tincture.The results of the treatment test show that the combination of coccitin and cinnamon oil tincture is the best effect,with a cure rate of 85%and an effective efficiency of 95%.In recent years,the incidence and mortality rate of diseases mainly caused by goose pneumonia caused by goose pneumonia by Kreb's infection has become increasingly high,and prevention and treatment is difficult.This study screens sensitive drugs and optimizes the established treatment plan to provide an important reference for efficient control of Klebsiella pneumoniasis in scale.
