生驼乳中肺炎克雷伯菌的分离鉴定及二代测序分析

摘要 为探究生驼乳中肺炎克雷伯菌的基因组特征,本研究采集了30份生驼乳样本,进行肺炎克雷伯菌的培养、分离与鉴定,并利用第二代测序技术对分离的肺炎克雷伯菌进行全基因组测序和生物信息学分析。结果显示,从30份生驼乳中分离鉴定出1株肺炎克雷伯,其基因组大小为5.4 Mbp,携带了3类4个耐药基因和6类毒力因子的25个毒力基因,多位点序列分型(MLST)为ST29,荚膜血清型为K54。本研究为深入了解生驼乳中肺炎克雷伯菌的分子流行病学特征提供了科学依据。 To explore the genomic characteristics of Klebsiella pneumoniae in raw camel milk,30 samples of raw camel milk were collected for the isolation and identification of Klebsiella pneumoniae,and the whole genome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of Klebsiella pneumoniae were carried out by the next generation sequencing technology.The results showed that 1 strain of Klebsiella pneumoniae was isolated and identified from 30 raw camel milk.The genome size was 5.4 Mbp,carrying 4 drug resistance genes of 3 different antibiotics and 25 virulence genes of 6 different virulence factors.The MLST typing was ST29 and the capsular serotype was K54.This study provides a scientific basis for understanding the molecular epidemiological characteristics of Klebsiella pneumoniae in raw camel milk.
