摘要
目的评价热淋清颗粒联合西药治疗泌尿系感染的有效性与安全性。方法检索英文数据库:PubMed、Medline、Embase,中文数据库:万方数据知识服务平台、维普网数据库、中国知网等多个数据库,搜集自建库至2024年3月关于热淋清颗粒治疗泌尿系感染的临床随机对照试验(RCTs)。完成严格的文献筛选和质量控制流程后采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献20篇,涉及患者1564例,包括试验组782例和对照组782例。Meta分析结果显示,试验组治疗有效率高于对照组[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.19~1.29),P<0.00001];试验组细菌清除率高于对照组[RR=1.30,95%CI(1.19~1.42),P<0.00001];试验组尿频、尿急、尿痛症状改善时间短于对照组[MD尿频症状改善时间=-1.02,95%CI(-1.38~-0.65),P<0.00001;MD尿急症状改善时间=-1.02,95%CI(-1.44~-0.59),P<0.00001;MD尿痛症状改善时间=-1.13,95%CI(-1.53~-0.73),P<00001];试验组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义[OR=0.69,95%CI(0.39~1.22),P=0.20]。结论热淋清颗粒联合西药治疗泌尿系感染能有效提高临床疗效,促进细菌清除,显著改善下尿路症状,且不会显著增加不良反应。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Relinqing granules combined with Western medicine in the treatment of u rinary tract infection.Methods Searched English database:PubMed,Medline,Embase.Chinese databases:Wanfang data knowledge service platform,VIP database,CNKI and other databases,which collected the clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Relinqing granules in the treatment of urinary tract infection from the establishment of the database to March 2024.After completing the strict literature screening and quality control process,RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta analysis.Results A total of 20 literatures involving 1564 patients were included,including 782 cases in the experimental group and 782 cases in the control group.Meta analysis showed that the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.19~1.29),P<0.00001].The bacterial clearance rate of the experimental group were higher those that of the control group[RR=1.30,95%CI(1.19~1.42),P<0.00001].The improvement time of urinary frequency,urgency and pain symptoms in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group[the improvement time of MD urinary frequency symptoms=-1.02,95%CI(-1.38~-0.65),P<0.00001.The improvement time of MD urinary urgency symptoms=-1.02,95%CI(-1.44~-0.59),P<0.00001.Improvement time of MD urinary pain symptoms=-1.13,95%CI(-1.53~-0.73),P<00001].There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group[OR=0.69,95%CI(0.39~1.22),P=0.20].Conclusion Relinqing granules combined with Western medicine in the treatment of urinary tract infection can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,promote bacterial clearance,significantly improve lower urinary tract symptoms,and will not significantly increase adverse reactions.
