摘要
随着政策红利的持续释放,越来越多的民营商业航天企业开始涌现,并逐渐成为行业中的重要力量。目前,商业航天仍处于行业发展的初期,各方面的管理机制有待完善。在此背景之下,如何对供应商进行有效的质量管理已经成为行业内必须面对的重要问题。因此,以某商业航天发动机项目中的供应商质量绩效管理过程为例,基于熵权理想解(TOPSIS)理论方法,制定了一套供应商质量绩效评估方法以准确识别风险供应商,为行业内的供应商质量管理改进提供参考。
With the continuous release of policy dividends,more and more private commercial space enterprises have emerged,and they have gradually become a significant force of the industry.At present,the commercial space industry is still in its early stage of development,as its management mechanism in all aspects needs improvement.The industry has to face an important question:How do we carry out effective quality management for suppliers?This paper takes the example of the supplier quality performance management process of a commercial aerospace engine project,develops a supplier quality performance evaluation scheme,based on the entropy weight TOPSIS theory method.The objectives are to accurately identify risk suppliers and provide references for supplier quality management improvement in the industry.
