基于改进型AHP-TOPSIS评判模型的采矿方法优选 被引量:19

Optimization of Mining Method Based on Improved AHP-TOPSIS Evaluation Model

摘要 为了客观科学地确定最优采矿方法,采用层次分析法(AHP)和客观计算法对评判指标进行综合赋权,然后结合逼近理想解的排序法,建立了改进型的AHP-TOPSIS综合评判指标体系模型,并应用于某铜矿的采矿方法优选中。生产实践证明,优选的采矿方法虽然比原有采矿方法成本高了近24元/t,但贫损指标分别下降了7.58,35.76个百分点,在保证生产能力的前提下,年利润和矿山服务年限明显提高,说明该评判模型确定的采矿方法合理可行。 In order to determine the optimum mining method objectively and scientifically,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the objective calculation method were used to synthetically weigh the evaluation indexes.Then combining with the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS),an improved AHP-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation index system model was established and applied into the optimization of mining method in a copper mine.The production practice proved that although the cost of the optimized mining method was nearly 24 RMB/t higher than that of the original mining method,the poor loss index was reduced by 7.58 percentage points and 35.76 percentage points respectively.On the premise of guaranteeing production capacity,the annual profit and service life of the mine were obviously increased,which showed that the mining method determined by the evaluation model was reasonable and feasible.
