摘要
随着社会经济发展和人口结构的变化,广州市老龄化问题日益凸显。传统的家庭养老和机构养老模式已难以满足当前老年人多样化需求。社区居家养老作为一种融合了家庭养老和机构养老优点的新型养老模式,逐渐成为解决城市养老问题的重要途径。然而,在实际操作中,广州市的社区居家养老服务仍面临诸多挑战。基于此,本文旨在探讨广州市社区居家养老服务能力的提升路径与对策,通过打造多元化的资金筹措渠道、建立完善的社区居家养老服务体系、加强基础设施建设以及提高服务的针对性,以期满足老年人日益增长的养老需求,推动广州市养老服务健康持续的发展。
With the development of social economy and the change of population structure,the aging problem in Guangzhou has become increasingly prominent.The traditional family and institutional pension models have been unable to meet the diversified needs of the elderly.Community home care,as a new type of care model that integrates the advantages of family care and institutional care,has gradually become an important way to solve the problem of urban care.However,in practice,the community home care service in Guangzhou still faces many challenges.Based on this,this paper aims to explore ways and countermeasures to improve the ability of community home-based care service in Guangzhou.By creating diversified fund-raising channels,establishing a sound community home-based care service system,strengthening infrastructure construction and improving the pertinacity of services,it is expected to meet the growing needs of the elderly for the elderly and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the elderly care service in Guangzhou.
