摘要
农产品冷链物流承担了农产品从产地到消费者进程的运输、仓储、配送等诸多功能,冷链物流效率状况对农产品生产、流通、消费等作用显著。农产品冷链物流增加农产品的经济效益,繁荣乡村商贸流通,促进乡村振兴。根据消费需求,解析农产品冷链物流的作用与价值,从农产品冷链物流的设施设备水平提升、精细化管理与成本分析运用、冷链物流与电商管理、服务质量等方面提出效率提升的途径,促进乡村振兴。
The cold chain logistics for agricultural products undertakes functions such as transportation,storage and distribution from the production location to consumers.The efficiency of cold chain logistics has significant impact on the production,circulation and consumption of agricultural products.Cold chain logistics of agricultural products may increase the economic benefits of agricultural products and promote rural commercial circulation for promoting rural revitalization.Based on consumer demands the paper analyzes the role and value of cold chain logistics for agricultural products.The paper analyzes the ways of efficiency improvement from the aspects of improving the level of facilities and equipment,refined management and cost analysis,cold chain logistics and e-commerce management,service quality and so on.The aim is to promote rural revitalization.
