摘要
目的:探索晚期糖基化终产物与糖尿病相关性文献的研究国际现状与热点,为该研究领域的研究方向提供参考。方法:在PubMed数据库中,采用主题检索途径,获取1959—2022年5月晚期糖基化终产物和糖尿病的相关性研究文献,借助数据可视化技术,通过绘制科学知识图谱,对晚期糖基化终末产物与糖尿病相关性研究外文文献进行文献计量学分析,探索该研究领域的研究热点与现状,为研究晚期糖基化终末产物在糖尿病发生、发展过程中的作用机制提供参考依据。结果:晚期糖基化终末产物与糖尿病相关性研究历时较长,尤其是1993年至今,该领域研究成果迅猛增长,参与科研工作的国家/地区也逐渐增多。人参总皂苷、藏红花类胡萝卜素、黄芪等中医药材提取物等逐渐进入该领域的研究视野。结论:本研究仅针对PubMed数据库中收录的该研究领域文献的内容进行初探,未纳入中国知网、维普、万方和Web of Science核心合集数据库文献,未来传统中医药在该研究领域的发展方向尚需深入研究。今后可进一步扩大检索范围,纳入该研究领域的中外文文献,更全面地梳理国内外有关晚期糖基化终产物与糖尿病相关性研究前沿。
【Objective】To provide scientific analysis for the field of advanced glycosylation end products(AGEs)and diabetes.【Method】Bibliometric Method was used to obtain a view of the scientific production in field of advanced gycosylation end products and diabetes by data extracted from PubMed database from 1959 to 2022.Specific parameters were retrieved from PubMed.Articles about advanced gycosylation end products and diabetes were analyzed regarding the topics’structure,history,and document relationships using CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Also,the trends in the most influential publications and authors were analyzed.【Result】The number of articles was constantly increasing,biological molecular mechanisms and intracellular signaling pathways of advanced glycosylation end-product related diseases was noticed by most researchers.【Conclusion】This report was only based on PubMed database,the more articles are needed to be analyzed from CNKI、Web of Science and other databases.
