基于支持向量机的黄土单轴试验力学全过程参数反演分析

Inverse Analysis of the Whole Process Mechanical Parameters of Loess Uniaxial Test Mechanics Based on Support Vector Machine

摘要 针对传统岩土力学参数获取方法精度和效率的缺陷,提出一种基于均匀设计原理、支持向量机回归模型和数值、试验结合的黄土力学参数反演分析方法,并应用于陕西省某隧道工程黄土力学参数反演中,利用反演结果进一步分析黄土力学参数对黄土力学行为的影响性及敏感性。结果表明:反演获取应力-应变曲线与现场试样试验曲线基本符合;参数敏感性分析可见黄土弹性模量E主要影响黄土刚度;黄土峰值黏聚力C_(P)主要影响黄土峰值强度;黄土残余内摩擦角φ_(R)主要影响黄土峰后强度。 Considering the defect in accuracy and efficiency of traditional geotechnical parameters acquisition methods,this paper proposed an inversion analysis method of loess mechanical parameters based on uniform design principle,support vector machine regression model and numerical test.It was applied to the inversion of loess mechanical parameters of a tunnel project in Shaanxi Province,and the inversion results were used to further analyze the influence and sensitivity of loess mechanical parameters on loess mechanical behavior.The result shows that,the stress-strain curve obtained by inversion is basically consistent with the field sample test curve;through parameter sensitivity analysis,it exhibits:the elastic modulus E of loess mainly influences the stiffness of loess;the peak cohesion C_(P) of loess mainly influences the peak strength of loess;the residual internal friction angleφ_(R) of loess mainly influences the post-peak strength of loess.
