焊接式钢桁梁小节段顶推后拼线形计算及影响参数分析

Calculation and Influencing Parameters Analysis of the Assembled Line Shape on Welded Steel Truss Girder by Small-segment Incremental Launching Construction

摘要 为解决焊接式钢桁梁小节段顶推施工后拼梁段安装线形的准确计算和快速修正问题,依托沿江高速宁南至攀枝花段钒钛高新区大桥引桥,建立该桥第一联钢桁梁顶推施工有限元分析模型,对钢桁梁顶推施工全过程及后拼梁段线形进行计算,对影响后拼梁段线形的钢桁梁刚度、重量、支撑点纵向位置、竖向位置、钢桁梁不均匀温差进行参数敏感性分析。结果表明,采用虚拟梁单元法能准确、快速计算后拼钢桁梁安装坡度,后拼坡度在导梁上墩前后变化最大、变化范围为-3.77%~-2.22%。影响后拼坡度的主要因素为支撑点竖向位置,第二支点标高变化10 cm对后拼坡度的最大影响达0.221%,钢桁梁不均匀温差的影响次之、可以通过施工措施予以消除,钢桁梁刚度、重量和支撑点纵向位置影响相对较小。 In order to solve the problem of accurate calculation and quick correction of the assembled line shape on welded steel truss girder by small-segment incremental launching construction,the finite element analysis model of the first steel girder segment of the bridge was established based on the approach bridge of the Vanadium Titanium High-tech Zone from Ningnan to Panzhihua section of the expressway along the Yangtze River,and the entire construction process of the steel girder segment and the alignment of the rear girder segment were calculated.The results show that the virtual beam element method can be used to accurately and quickly calculate the installation slope of the rear girder.The maximum variation range of the rear girder slope is-3.77%~-2.22%The main factor affecting the rear slope is the vertical position of the support point,the maximum influence of the second fulcrum elevation change of 10 cm on the rear slope is 0.221%,the influence of the uneven temperature difference of the steel truss beam can be eliminated by construction measures,and the influence of the stiffness and weight of the steel truss beam and the longitudinal position of the support point is relatively small.
