摘要
基于G5京昆高速公路泸沽至黄联关段加宽改造工程,根据调查结果综合分析路面产生破碎板、裂缝、错台等病害的主要原因,提出将高速公路水泥混凝土路面改造为沥青混凝土路面的设计原则,通过比选得出的较优方案是:将水泥混凝土路面进行共振碎石化后,路面结构由刚性结构转化为柔性结构;加宽部位采用级配碎石基层的倒装结构,可很好地匹配水泥混凝土路面共振碎石化后的柔性结构;新老路面搭接处采用“防裂卷材+同步碎石封层”的组合方式能有效防止接缝处的反射裂缝。
Based on the widening and reconstruction works of Lugu—Huanglianguan section of G5 Beijing—Kunming Expressway,according to the survey results,the main causes of pavement diseases were comprehensively analyzed,such as broken plate,crack and staggered platform,and it put forward the design principle of transforming highway cement concrete pavement into asphalt concrete pavement.The better scheme obtained by comparison is that the pavement structure is transformed from rigid structure to flexible structure after resonant rubblization of cement concrete pavement.The widening part adopts the inverted structure of graded gravel base,which can well match the flexible structure of cement concrete pavement after resonance rubblization.The combination of'crack-resistant coiled material+synchronous surface dressing'can effectively prevent the reflection cracks at the joints of new and old pavements.
