摘要
基于温克勒地基板模型,采用有限元数值方法,对水泥混凝土板的动力模型、固有频率、共振破碎锤击压力大小、力的传递途径和规律进行了分析讨论。结果表明:不同锤击速度下,破碎接触压力不同,产生的破碎效果不同;共振破碎施工时应选择的最佳锤击接触力为20~35 MPa,并不是锤击力越大越好;按照最佳锤击接触力施工的水泥混凝土板的破碎失效模式为"上部碎石化下部拉裂"的形式,其碎石化的深度距路表10 cm内。
The dynamic model,natural frequencies,the pressure of resonant broken hammer and its transmission ways and laws of the cement concrete slab was discussed and analyzed by the finite element numerical method,which was based on the Winkler foundation model.The results show that the different hammering speeds generate different contact pressure,which cause different crushed effect.The most reasonable hammered contact force adopted in resonant rubblization project should be in range of 20 to 35 MPa.According to the fact that the most reasonable hammer contact impact force given in the practical construction with the fail model of cement concrete slab is the form of 'upper rubblized and lower tensile cracked ',the depth rubblized is in the range of 10 cm.
