摘要
为满足学龄期儿童在成长过程中对学习桌的需求,解决其在使用学习桌进行书写、阅读时的实际问题,将Kano模型和层次分析法(AHP)相结合,运用到儿童学习桌的设计中。首先,运用Kano模型划分儿童学习桌的需求属性,通过Better-Worse测度各功能需求满意度及权重;其次,用AHP构建用户需求层次模型、层次分析评价系统及判断矩阵,并求出各层级的权重系数,得出用户需求权重排序,进一步明确儿童学习桌的设计方向;最后,开发设计方案并进行设计评价。Kano、AHP两种方法的结合,可有效地挖掘用户需求,应用于儿童学习桌的设计研究中,并对设计方案进行检验,体现出设计流程的科学性,对同类产品设计创新有一定的参考意义。
To meet school-age children’s needs for learning desks during their growth process and solve their practical problems in using learning desks for writing and reading,the Kano model and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)are combined and applied to the design of children’s learning desks.Firstly,the Kano model is used to divide the demand attributes of children’s learning desks,and the satisfaction and weight of each functional demand are measured through Better Worse.Secondly,this study uses AHP to construct a user demand hierarchy model,an AHP evaluation system,and a judgment matrix,and calculates the weight coefficients of each level to obtain the ranking of user demand weights,further clarifying the design direction of children's learning desks.Finally,this study develops a design plan and conducts a design evaluation.The combination of Kano and AHP methods can effectively explore user needs and be applied in the design research of children's learning desks,and the design scheme can be tested,reflecting the scientific nature of the design process and providing references for innovative design of similar products.
