核电厂贯穿件止回阀橡胶密封堵装置优化设计及应用

Optimum Design and Application of Rubber Sealing Test Device for Penetration Check Valve in Nuclear Power Plants

摘要 针对核电厂贯穿件止回阀密封性能验证过程中存在的占用机组上行大修主线时间长、低低水位期间胶囊封堵风险大等问题,设计了新型橡胶密封堵装置。该装置通过向止回阀中腔注入一定压力气体,利用测量压力降或泄漏量进行单体密封性试验。经验证,优化后的装置适用于各类旋启式止回阀,可将多项原先在机组上行窗口执行的贯穿件试验优化至低低水位执行,节省约6~8 h主线时间,并避免了因上行试验不合格导致机组退状态检修的风险。 Aiming at the problems existing in the verification of the sealing performance of penetration check valves in nuclear power plants,such as the long occupation of the maintenance time during the unit′s upward overhaul and the high risk of the capsule sealing method during the low-low water period,a new type of rubber sealing device was designed,this device injected gas medium to the main chamber of the check valve,and conducted a single-piece sealing performance test by measuring the pressure drop or leakage.Through experimental verification,the optimized device could be applied to various types of swing check valves and can optimize the penetration component tests previously conducted during the upward line shutdown to low-low water level periods,saving 6-8 hours of main line test time and effectively avoiding the risk of returning an unqualified unit to a state of readiness for maintenance.
