摘要
通过红外光谱法、热重分析、差示扫描量热法和动态热机械分析4种手段,对已知的单一氯丁橡胶(CR)和CR与其他橡胶的并用胶进行分析。通过分析并用胶在红外光谱特征峰、质量损失速率峰值温度、玻璃化转变温度方面的变化,可以定性分析并用胶的胶种。4种方法在单独使用时均存在漏检或无法准确定性的情况,结合使用后试验结果能够相互佐证,有效分析CR并用胶胶种。
The known single chloroprene rubber(CR)and its blends with other rubbers were analyzed using four analytical methods(infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry,and dynamic thermomechanical analysis).By analyzing the changes in the characteristic peaks of infrared spectral,peak temperatures of mass loss rates,and glass transition temperatures of the blends,the rubber types of CR blends could be qualitatively analyzed.Each method,when used individually,exhibited limitations such as missed detection or insufficient accuracy in qualitative analysis.When used in combination,the methods could complement one another,allowing for effective qualitative identification of rubber types of CR blends.
