摘要
近年来,随着“两票制”、“带量采购”等政策的实施以及医疗器械市场竞争的越发激烈,医疗器械市场面临着更为严格的监管和市场竞争环境,促使企业不得不重新审视并改善其供应链服务。本文J公司为案例研究,对该企业供应链管理绩效进行评价,旨在提升企业供应链管理服务水平。本文基于SCOR模型构建供应链绩效评价体系,通过专家访谈形式确定相关指标和权重,通过层次分析和模糊分析对J公司供应链管理绩效进行综合评价,分析发现J公司供应链管理绩效水平较低。建议通过持续改进机制,形成问题识别–问题改进–效果评估–经验总结的循环改进模式,从而持续优化J公司供应链管理,提高供应链管理绩效。
In recent years,with the implementation of policies such as the“Two-Invoice System”and“Volumebased Procurement”,as well as the increasingly fierce competition in the medical device market,the medical device market has faced a more stringent regulatory and competitive environment,compelling enterprises to re-examine and improve their supply chain services.This paper takes Company J as a case study to evaluate the supply chain management performance of the enterprise,aiming to enhance the supply chain management service level of the enterprise.Based on the SCOR model,this paper constructs a supply chain performance evaluation system,determines relevant indicators and weights through expert interviews,and conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the supply chain management performance of Company J through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Analysis.The analysis reveals that the supply chain management performance level of Company J is relatively low.It is suggested that a continuous improvement mechanism based on the PDCA cycle be adopted to form a cycle improvement model of problem identification-problem im-provement-effect evaluation-experience summary,thereby continuously optimizing the supply chain management of Company J and improving the supply chain management performance.
