摘要
实际承运人服务能力信息可靠性是无车承运平台商业模式开发的重要支撑,为了降低平台由于服务能力信息失真造成的货物承运、物流金融等领域的利益受损,从定量化角度重新界定实际承运人的服务能力,建立基于服务能力信息可靠性的信息共享价值模型.通过对模型的求解、分析及数值仿真,发现:实际承运人信息共享的意愿与其自身共享信息的成本以及无车承运人的激励机制有关,可靠性与自身资源条件、承诺兑现能力、补救服务能力的努力水平,无车承运人将信息转化为收益的能力、利润呈正相关,与服务能力努力水平的成本系数,收益共享比例呈负相关.
The reliability of actual carrier’s service capacity information is an important support for the development of the business model of the Non-Truck Operating Common Carrier.In order to reduce the loss of interests caused by the distortion of service capacity information in the fields of cargo transportation,logistics finance and automobile aftermarket,this paper redefines the service capacity of the actual carrier from a quantitative perspective and establishes an information sharing value model based on the reliability of service capacity information.By solving the model,the analysis and numerical simulation,found that the reliability of the information service ability of the actual carrier and their resource conditions,pledges,remedial services effort level,Non-Truck Operating Common Carrier will be the ability of information into revenue,profits were positively correlated,and the service ability of the level of effort cost coefficient,negatively correlated with income sharing ratio.
