电气工程专业双创人才CDCA培养模式探索与实践 被引量:1

Exploration and Practice of the CDCA Training Model for Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Electrical Engineering

摘要 从教学内容、教育目标、培养模式3个角度,深入剖析传统电气工程专业人才培养面临的痛点问题。在此基础上,梳理电气工程专业创新创业人才培养需求,明确多元化创新创业人才教育目标,构建“后备人才、攻关人才、拔尖人才、领军人才”金字塔型创新创业人才培养框架。通过这一框架,进一步完善教学内容,提出一种“思考—设计—合作—应用”的人才培养新模式,为电气工程专业人才培养提供新思路。实践表明,该模式符合电气工程专业创新创业人才培养需求,取得了较为显著的人才培养成效。 In order to build a modern socialist electrical power country and achieve the goals of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,there is an urgent need to cultivate many innovative and entrepreneurial talents in electrical engineering.Firstly,the problems faced by traditional talent cultivation in electrical engineering are deeply analyzed from the three perspectives of teaching content,educational objectives,and training models.Secondly,the cultivation needs of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in electrical engineering are sorted out,the educational objectives of diversified innovative and entrepreneurial talents are clarified,and a pyramid-shaped cultivation framework for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,including“reserve talents,breakthrough talents,top talents,and leading talents”,is constructed to improve the teaching content and clarify the educational objectives of diversified innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Finally,a new talent cultivation model named consideration-design-collaboration-application(CDCA)is proposed,with new ideas provided for the cultivation of talents in electrical engineering.Practice shows that this model meets the cultivation needs of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in electrical engineering and has achieved remarkable results in talent cultivation.
