摘要
大直径泥水盾构在上软下硬地层中掘进时产生的渣土易形成泥饼,这将加剧刀具磨损进而影响施工进程,甚至导致开挖面失稳。文中基于杭州市环城北路—天目山路提升改造工程,采用直剪试验模拟并测试了泥水盾构开挖面泥饼的力学性能,主要探究了孔隙比和含水率对它抗剪强度的影响。结果表明泥饼的黏聚力与含水率密切相关,孔隙比增大导致临界含水率升高,而黏聚力和内摩擦角出现不同程度的降低。研究成果为上软下硬地层中的盾构施工提供了工程指导意义。
The muck often generates during the excavation of large-diameter slurry shield tunnels in soft-soil over hard-soil strata can easily form mud cakes,which increases tool wear,affects the construction process,and may even lead to face instability.Taking Hangzhou North Ring road-Tianmu Mountain road upgrade project as the case,the mechanical properties of mud cakes at the excavation face of slurry shield tunnels are measured through direct shear tests,and we investigate the impact of porosity and moisture content on the shear strength of the mud cake.The results show that the cohesion of the mud cake is closely related to its moisture content.An increase in porosity raises the critical moisture content,while both cohesion and internal friction angle decrease to varying degrees.The findings may provide the engineering guidance for slurry shield tunneling in soft-soil over hard-soil strata.
