摘要
基于冶炼废水水量大、成分复杂、处理困难造成的环境污染和资源浪费问题,提出了预处理+膜浓缩工艺、预处理+膜浓缩+电渗析工艺、预处理+膜浓缩+蒸发结晶工艺等废水零排放处理工艺,并对其流程、特点和适用范围进行分析。
Based on the problems of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by the large amount,complex components and difficult treatment of smelting waste water,the zero discharge process such as the pretreatment and membrane concentration process,pretreatment and membrane concentration and electrodialysis process,pretreatment and membrane concentration and evaporation crystallization process,were proposed,and their processes,characteristics and scope of application were analyzed.
