摘要
目的探讨甲巯咪唑联合复合维生素B治疗甲亢的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2022年2月-2024年1月于安远县人民医院接受病情诊疗的76例甲亢患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各38例。对照组采取甲巯咪唑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用复合维生素B6片治疗。比较两组治疗效果、甲状腺功能指标[游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、促甲状腺激素(TSH)]、血清胱抑素C、血清皮质醇及促肾上腺皮质激素指标、不良反应(转氨酶增高、皮肤过敏、乏力、头晕)发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH等甲状腺功能指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血清胱抑素C、促肾上腺皮质激素水平均低于对照组,而血清皮质醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲巯咪唑联合复合维生素B治疗甲亢的临床疗效确切,能够改善患者甲状腺功能,促使实验室指标尽早恢复正常,且安全性较高,故值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of methimazole combined with compound vitamin B in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 76 patients with hyperthyroidism who were treated in Anyuan County People's Hospital from February 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was treated with methimazole,and the study group was treated with compound vitamin B6 tablets on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,thyroid function indexes[free triiodothyronine(FT_(3)),free thyroxine(FT_(4)),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)],serum cystatin C,serum cortisol and adrenocorticotropic hormone indexes,and incidence of adverse reactions(increased transaminase,skin allergy,fatigue,dizziness)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of thyroid function indexes such as FT_(3),FT_(4) and TSH in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of serum cystatin C and adrenocorticotropic hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of serum cortisol was higher than that in the control groupafter treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Methimazole combined with compound vitamin B has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of hyperthyroidism,which can improve the thyroid function of patients,promote the laboratory indexes to return to normal as soon as possible,and has high safety.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
