摘要
介绍了个人职业生涯规划的概念、原则、步骤以及护理专业大学生进行个人职业生涯规划的必要性,提出了开展护理专业大学生个人职业生涯规划教育的建议。
It introduced the concept,principle and procedure of personal occupation career plan and the essentiality of working out of personal occupation career plan of university nursing specialty students. And it put forward some proposals for unfolding education on personal occupation career plan of university nursing specialty students.
