摘要
首先分析了高压带电显示装置的工作原理及传感器电极采集的原理;然后通过三维静电场绝缘仿真分析和静电场电容仿真分析及计算详细说明了传感器电极的设计过程;最后通过绝缘耐压、局部放电试验验证和高压带电显示功能验证,确认仿真分析和计算方法正确有效,设计可靠。该方法对于同类产品的设计具有借鉴和指导意义。
Firstly,the classification of high-voltage presence indicating systems was elaborated,Non contact and internal high-voltage presence indicating systems have higher reliability;secondly,the working principle of the high-voltage presence indicating systems was explained and the principle of sensor acquisition was analyzed in detail;once again,the design process of the sensor was explained in detail through simulation analysis of electrostatic field insulation and electrostatic field capacitance;finally,the simulation analysis and calculation methods were confirmed to be correct and effective,and the design was reliable through insulation withstand voltage,partial discharge test verification,and high-voltage presence indicating function verification,which has reference and guidance significance for the design of similar products.
