浮轨扣件轨道振动特性和减振效果研究

摘要 针对某一地铁线路典型轨道类型,通过现场测试并建立车辆–轨道耦合动力学模型及轮轨耦合有限元模型,研究车速不同时轮轨不平顺激励下的普通扣件整体道床轨道和浮轨扣件整体道床轨道的振动特性,分析轨道系统振动响应的主频形成原因。结果表明,浮轨扣件轨道对于缓解轮轨间动作用力效果显著,可明显降低轮轨系统P2共振对轮轨力的影响;各速度下,普通扣件整体道床与浮轨扣件轨道的振动响应中均有能量集中在P2共振频率处(分别为68和38 Hz);随着运行速度的变化,当轮轨间激励频率与轮轨系统P2共振频率接近时,两种轨道中的扣件力和地基支撑力均在该速度下达到最大值,普通扣件整体道床轨道的扣件力与地基支撑力的最大值分别为33.17和43.46 kN,而浮轨扣件整体道床轨道的扣件力与地基支撑力的最大值分别为20.52和27.47 kN,且P2共振对于普通扣件整体道床的影响最大。 Focusing on typical track types of a metro line,on-site tests were conducted and a vehicle–track coupling dynamic model with wheel–rail coupling was established by means of finite element method.The vibration characteristics of the monolithic bed track with ordinary fasteners and the monolithic bed track with floating rail fasteners under wheel–rail irregularities excitation at different speed was investigated respectively.The mechanism for the formation of main frequency of the vibration response of the track systems was analyzed.The results show that the floating rail fastener track has a significant effect on alleviating the interaction force between the wheel and rail,and can significantly reduce the impact of P2 resonance of the wheel–rail system on the wheel–rail contact force.Meanwhile,both the vibration responses of the monolithic bed track with ordinary fasteners and the monolithic bed track with floating rail fasteners track have concentrated energies at the P2 resonance frequencies at different speeds(68 and 38 Hz respectively).With the operating speed changes,when the excitation frequency between the wheel and rail is close to the P2 resonance frequency of the wheel–rail system,the fastener force and foundation support force in both tracks reach their maximum values at this speed.In ordinary fastener track,the maximum values of fastening force and foundation support force are 33.17 and 43.46 kN,respectively,while in floating rail fastener track,the maximum values of fastening force and foundation support force are 20.52 and 27.47 kN,respectively,and P2 resonance has the greatest impact on the monolithic bed track with ordinary fasteners.
