摘要
为解决轨道不平顺对跨座式单轨车辆-轨道梁耦合振动特性的影响及跨座式单轨车辆动力学试验设计的问题,以某型跨座式单轨车辆为例,采用UM车辆动力学分析软件建立车辆-轨道梁耦合动力学模型,分别以光滑轨道梁表面和添加不平顺轨道梁表面为分析工况,对跨座式车辆进行直线运行和曲线运行模拟,对比两种不同工况下,模拟仿真所得到的各项动力学指标的差异,分析轨道不平顺对跨座式单轨车辆-轨道梁耦合振动特性的影响,基于分析结果提出针对于跨座式单轨车辆的动力学试验设备设计方法。研究结果表明:单轨车辆通过直线路段时,列车的走行轮垂向力变化较小,车辆构架垂向位移幅值均未超过15 mm;单轨车辆通过曲线路段时,去除导向轮和稳定轮对应轨面的不平顺度前后,同一轴上的左右走行轮所受径向力不变,以不同速度通过同一曲线段时,轮重减载率降低5%至10%,横向振动加速度和垂向振动加速度变化幅度较小。
In order to solve the problem of the influence of track irregularity on the coupling vibration characteristics of straddle monorail vehicle and track beam and the dynamic test design of straddle monorail vehicles,a straddle monorail vehi-cle was taken as an example for study,The UM vehicle dynamics analysis software was used to establish a vehicle-track beam coupling dynamics model.The smooth track beam surface and the uneven track beam surface were respectively used as analysis conditions to simulate the straddle vehicle's linear and curvilinear operation,and the differences of various dy-namics indexes obtained by simulation were compared under two different working conditions.The influence of track irregu-larity on the coupling vibration characteristics of straddle monorail vehicle and rail beam was analyzed.Based on the analy-sis results,a design method of dynamic test equipment to straddle monorail vehicle was proposed.The results show that when the monorail vehicle passes through the straight section,the vertical force of the train wheel changes little,and the ver-tical displacement amplitude of the vehicle frame does not exceed 15 mm.When a monorail vehicle passes through the curved section,the radial force on the left and right running wheels on the same axis remains unchanged before and after re-moving the irregularity of the corresponding rail surface of the guide wheel and the stable wheel.When passing through the same curved section at different speeds,the load reduction rate of the wheel weight is reduced by 5%-10%,and the trans-verse vibration acceleration and vertical vibration acceleration change less.
