摘要
橡胶硫化促进剂是橡胶工业重要的辅助原料,不仅能加速橡胶与硫化剂之间的化学反应进程,从而提高硫化效率,而且还能有效优化硫化橡胶的物理机械性能。准确测定硫化橡胶中硫化促进剂的含量对于保证橡胶产品质量具有重要意义。本文综述了当前合成橡胶中硫化促进剂含量测定的前处理方法、检测技术及其特点。
Rubber vulcanization accelerator is an important auxiliary raw material in rubber industry,which can not only accelerate the chemical reaction process between rubber and vulcanization agent,so as to improve the vulcanization efficiency,but also effectively optimize the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber.The accurate determination of the content of vulcanization accelerator in vulcanized rubber is of great significance to ensure the quality of rubber products.In this paper,the pre-treatment methods,detection techniques and characteristics of the content determination of vulcanization accelerator in rubber are reviewed.
