樟叶越橘根内生真菌的农林病害菌抑制活性 被引量:1

Agroforestry-pathogenic Inhibitory Activities of the Endophytic Fungi from the Roots of Vaccinium dunalianum

摘要 【目的】筛选具有农林病害菌抑制活性的樟叶越橘根内生真菌,为其在生物防治中的开发利用提供参考。【方法】以密粘褶菌(Gloeophyllum trabeum)等2种木腐菌和禾谷镰孢(Fusarium graminearum)等5种植物病原真菌为指示菌株,采用平板对峙法测定30株内生真菌的抑制活性。【结果】层出镰刀菌(F.proliferatum,VDGF-9)和二型伞霉(Umbelopsis dimorpha,VDGF-151)对采绒革盖菌(Coriolus versicolor)呈强抑制作用,抑菌率分别为75.0%和76.2%。28株内生真菌对密粘褶菌呈强或较强抑制作用,其中绿木霉(Trichoderma virens,VDGF-85)和嗜松青霉(Penicillium pinophilum,VDGF-806)抑制活性最强,抑制率均高达94.1%;其次是P.vasconiae(VDGF-1,92.9%)、Phialocephala fortinii(VDGF-210,92.9%)、P.virgatum(VDGF-38,91.8%)、Pezicula radicicola(VDGF-111,91.8%)、哈茨木霉(T.harzianum,VDGF-811,91.8%)和变绿木霉(T.viridescens,VDGF-44,91.0%)。对腐皮镰孢(F.solani)具有强或较强抑制作用的内生真菌有17株,其中VDGF-44的抑制活性最强,抑制率为88.0%;对禾谷镰孢具有强或较强抑制活性的内生真菌有16株,其中内生尖孢镰孢(F.oxysporum,VDGF-49,88.0%)的抑制活性最强;对灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)具有强或较强抑制作用的内生真菌有19株,其中内生腐皮镰孢(VDGF-122,91.3%)的抑制活性最强;对尖孢镰孢具有强或较强抑制活性的内生真菌有22株,其中P.cluniae(VDGF-106)和Lophiostoma chamaecyparidis(VDGF-223)的抑制活性最强,均为84.6%;对芸苔链格孢(Alternaria brassicicola)具有强或较强抑制作用的内生真菌有27株,其中VDGF-811(92.2%)的抑制活性最强。【结论】30株供试樟叶越橘根内生真菌对2种木腐菌和5种植物病原真菌均具有较强的抑制活性。 [Purpose]To screen endophytic fungi from Vaccinium dunalianum roots with inhibit-ory activities against agroforestry pathogens,providing a reference for their development and utiliza-tion in biological control.[Methods]Two wood-decaying fungi and five pathogenic fungi wereused as indicator strains,the inhibitory activities of 30 endophytic fungi were determined by confront-ation culture method.[Results]Two endophytic strains(Fusarium proliferatum,VDGF-9;Umbel-opsis dimorpha,VDGF-151)showed a stronger inhibitory effect on Coriolus versicolor,with inhibi-tion rates of 75.0%and 76.2%,respectively.A total of 28 endophytic strains had stronger or strong in-hibitory effect on Gloeophyllum trabeum,among which Trichoderma virens(VDGF-85)and Penicil-lium pinophilum(VDGF-806)displayed the most significant inhibitory activity with an inhibition rateof 94.1%,followed by P.vasconiae(VDGF-1,92.9%),Phialocephala fortinii(VDGF-210,92.9%),P.virgatum(VDGF-38,91.8%),Pezicula radicicola(VDGF-111,91.8%),T.harzianum(VDGF-811,91.8%)and T.viridescens(VDGF-44,91.0%)strains.Moreover,17 endophytic fungi had stronger orstrong antagonistic effect on F.solani,with VDGF-44 as the most active strains,which inhibition ratewas 88.0%.There were 16 endophytic strains showed stronger or strong inhibitory effect against F.graminearum,of which endophytic F.oxysporum(VDGF-49)was the most significant active strainwith inhibition rate of 88.0%.In addition,there were 19 strains against Botrytis cinerea,22 strainsagainst F.oxysporum,and 27 strains against Alternaria brassicicola,among which,the endophytic F.solani(VDGF-122,with inhibition rate of 91.3%on B.cinerea),P.cluniae and Lopgiostomachamaecyparidis(VDGF-106 and VDGF-223,with inhibition rate of 84.6%on F.oxysporum),andVDGF-811(with inhibition rate of 92.2%on A.brassicicola)were the most significant active strains,respectively.[Conclusion]The 30 endophytic fungi isolated from the roots of V.dunalianum havestrong inhibitory activities against the tested agroforestry pathogens.
