摘要
随着社会的发展,侵财犯罪案件数量不断上升,给社会和群众造成了严重的威胁。服刑人员作为一个特殊的群体,对于社会研究和犯罪学领域具有重要意义。选取某男子监狱侵财犯罪服刑人员202人,探讨男性侵财犯罪服刑人员犯罪行为与自我控制之间的关系,分析社会学习、主观家庭经济地位在其关系间的作用。分析结果显示,自我控制可以预测男性侵财犯罪服刑人员的犯罪行为,并通过社会学习间接影响男性侵财犯罪服刑人员的犯罪行为,且主观家庭经济地位在其中起到调节作用。
With the development of society,the number of crimes against money is on the rise,which poses serious threats to society and the masses.As a special group,prisoners are of great significance to the field of social research and criminology.202 prisoners convicted of property crimes were selected from a male prison to explore the relationship between the crime act and self-control,and to analyze the effects of social learning and subjective family economic status on the relationship.The results show that self-control can predict the crime act of male property prisoners and indirectly affect the crime act of male property prisoners through social learning,while the subjective family economic status plays a moderating role.
