摘要
“最美高校辅导员”和“高校辅导员年度人物”榜样选树活动是教育部为加快建设教育强国而引导辅导员矢志育人的重要激励措施,也为广大辅导员提供了生动具体的学习对象。以社会学习理论为视角,在剖析高校辅导员先进榜样思想、人格、能力特质的基础上,揭示高校辅导员先进榜样在言传身教、典型示范、榜样塑魂上的巨大价值蕴含,表明高校辅导员先进榜样的选树活动与社会学习理论的主要观点之间高度契合。从而为实现高校辅导员先进榜样示范效应的最大化,赋能高校辅导员群体积极践行先进榜样精神提供了强有力的理论注脚和行动指南。
The“Most Beautiful College Counselor”and“Annual Person of College Counselor”selection activities are important incentive measures for the Ministry of Education to guide counselors to devote themselves to educating students in order to accelerate the construction of an educational power,and also provide vivid and specific learning objects for the vast number of counselors.From the perspective of social learning theory,on the basis of analyzing the thought,personality,and ability traits of the advanced examples of college counselors,the enormous value of these advanced examples in teaching by words and deeds,typical demonstration,and shaping the soul was revealed,indicating that the selection activities of advanced examples among college counselors are highly consistent with the main viewpoints of social learning theory.Thus,it provides a strong theoretical footnote and action guide for realizing the maximization of the advanced example demonstration effect of college counselors and empowering college counselors to actively practice the spirit of advanced example.
